Families join by invitation, or by selecting a plan on pricing and completing checkout. Your access tier is recorded when your account links to a family member row.

After sign-up you complete payment for your chosen tier (when applicable), then enter the workspace with the modules your subscription includes.

New families usually start on the pricing page, pick a tier, then create an account. If you were invited by a steward, you can continue — your tier is set when your email is linked.
